Whilst we hope that every customer is satisfied with their Cult of Machine purchases, we do recognise that sometimes customers may wish to return an item. If that's the case, or if there is a fault with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returning online purchases
- Online purchases can be returned in person to any Caffeine&Machine venue, or via post to The Hill at Caffeine&Machine: The Hill, Houndshill House, Banbury Road, Ettington, CV37 7NS.
- Customers must provide their order number and a reason for return.
- Returns must arrive in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns will be accepted for 14 days after purchase.
- When a refund is due, it will be done via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returning in-store purchases
- Online purchases can be returned in person to any Caffeine&Machine venue, or via post to The Hill at Caffeine&Machine: The Hill, Houndshill House, Banbury Road, Ettington, CV37 7NS.
- Customers must provide a receipt or other proof or purchase and a reason for return.
- Returns must arrive in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns will be accepted for 14 days after purchase.
- When a refund is due, it will be done via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can only be made in store at a Caffeine&Machine venue.
- We will happily exchange an unwanted item for an item/items of equivalent value or less, and the difference will be credited to you when exchanging for an item of lesser value.
